Our Common-Sense Returns & Refunds Policy We want you to be really happy with your purchase. If not, we'll try our best to sort it out for you. "It was damaged when it arrived" Simply return the item in its original condition as instructed below ensuring it reaches us within 14 days of you receiving the item. Please include details of your name, postcode, & invoice/order number (on the invoice in your parcel) and a note of why you're returning the item, and we'll replace it as soon as possible. Our Guarantee Please note: Shoal Projects Ltd reserves the right to withhold this service from any customer that is suspected of abusing the guarantee. Our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into with any party. Refunds (UK only) When returning a product, you'll receive a refund to your credit card, minus any postage charges as shown on the site (not counting free delivery or faulty returns of course), unless you wish to exchange the items for other products and thus save the postage. Returns can only be accepted back if they are received in their original, unread condition. We reserve the right to offer only a partial refund or exchange on items that are damaged or soiled.
