Have you ever had one of those weeks where everything goes wrong? It’s just one thing after another. It’s like the universe is conspiring to pi** you off.

My week had started disastrously. There were unforeseeable circumstances that I had every right to feel angry and grumpy about, as I explain in this vlog. But we get to choose how we respond to life’s challenges. I fell back on the mindset strategy I’ve been using for years and it worked. I need it to work because it is not only me that is affected when life bites. A downward spiralling mood affects everyone around me and I don’t want to inflict grumpy Debra on the people I love and work with.
