Have your New Year’s Resolutions already gone into the abyss? Wouldn’t it be awesome if you’d actually lost that weight, got that promotion, got fit, written that novel or learnt Spanish? Well, it’s not too late!

The reality is that NY resolutions don’t work because they are not intrinsically embedded into our longer term hopes and aspirations. They are too focused on an immediate problem and how we feel about it (which is generally unhappy), rather than on reprogramming our subconscious brain to assist us in achieving it and focusing on what it would look like and feel like to have finally nailed it. In this week’s vlog I explain the system I have been using for over 15 years to smash my goals every year. Don’t let another year drift by without achieving whatever it is you have your heart set on.
