Do you ever find yourself thinking ‘…my job is sh*t’ during your commute?
I think we all do occasionally! For me, these moments tend to happen when there is a bit of pressure on and stress levels are rising. There’s a project due or a difficult conversation to be had – that kind of thing.
Every day we have the potential to make or break our day during our commute. In this week’s vlog I share the 3 practices I have adopted that set me up for a day of success. They help me deal more confidently with the challenges and start with a positive attitude.
Nobody wants to work with a grumpy colleague, so I figure this is the least I could do to ensure my clients and colleagues get the best of me.
