It’s time to start rewriting the stories that have been robbing you of your dreams.  Stories like:

  • There’s not enough time
  • I’m not intelligent enough
  • I’m awful at public speaking
  • Money will always be hard to come by
  • I’m never going to be as good as my brother/sister/colleague
  • I’m bad with numbers
  • I’m not sporty
  • I’m not loveable

These stories manifest into beliefs that we so deeply adopt that they often become unconscious. They are part of who we are and sadly become self-fulfilling prophecies that keep us from achieving our goals.  Thankfully these stories that we tell ourselves – shaped by the knocks and scrapes of life –  are reversible.
