How could I pass up the opportunity to focus on love and relationships this week, what with it being Valentine’s Day on Thursday? Not a fan of Valentine’s? Don’t worry, apart from my amazing singing and dancing for the first few seconds of the video, I promise this isn’t cheesy, and the things we talk about have been useful in all kinds of relationships, from those I have with my children through to relationships with colleagues and even with my twin sister.

So, this week I’ll share the three ideas that have got me over the pain of divorce and have grown (dare I admit, possibly even saved?!) my second marriage. I’ve never talked about any of this publicly before and was terrified about doing so but really felt that I wanted to share some of the things that I’ve learned (the hard way), as relationships are often what make the highs of our lives higher, as well as the lows lower. If you follow these three ideas I’m hoping there will be significantly fewer lows!

Due to the kids being on Half Term Holidays next week, the show will go live at the earlier time of 12.30pm (07.30am if you on the US East Coast) so please do join me live at lunchtime if you can: (To be reminded when I go live on Facebook, please ‘Like’ and ‘Follow’ my page, selecting ‘See First’ on the dropdown menu)
