For years I have suffered from a limiting belief that has really held me back at times. More recently a new one has developed. In this vlog I talk about these two limiting beliefs, the inner chat (or as psychologists call it ‘self-talk’) that causes me problems and how I am tackling it.

Travelling and working away from home can be REALLY STRESSFUL. There’s no getting away from it! As I am often away for 4 nights a week, I’ve had to find strategies that help me to master my mindset and perform to the best of my abilities. I hope you find them useful too.
