What would the end of 2020 look like, so a year from now, if you committed one hour each morning, every day to YOUR hopes and dreams?  How would it differ from 2019?

What would your life look like and feel like if you had the relationship you want, the home you want, the job you want, the health you want and the body you want? 

Those things are surely worth an hour out of the 24 hours you have each day, right?

Starting your day right might sound like a cliche, but for me it’s absolutely integral to success. Want to eat better? Be more productive? Get fitter? Be a better parent? Whatever your goal, adopting these morning habits has the potential to make a HUGE difference because you’re only as successful as your habits allow for.
