I was very mindful of this when I was writing the lessons so have tried to keep them to bitesize proportions.  The lessons range in length from 2 minutes to 11 minutes.  The total viewing time is 2 hours, but you'll need to factor in some extra time to complete the exercises that go with each video lesson.  That's where the learning and the action planning really takes place.  However, in general you can treat it like Netflix!   Pop in and watch another episode whenever you have time.  The course is also mobile friendly so if you commute on public transport or, like me, spend a lot of time sat in the car waiting for the kids to come out of sports practice, then you can watch them on the go!

The movie of Debra’s story of rowing solo across the Atlantic after her husband was rescued is currently in development in Hollywood.

As one of the few women in the world to row solo across the Atlantic Ocean and having been the only woman initially on the Board of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, she’s developed tried and tested methods to manage bias and inspire inclusion.   Debra spends much of her time working with global organisations on their Women in Leadership programmes.  This work led her to being nominated for the European Diversity Awards ‘Inspirational Role Model of the Year’ category.

In 2014, Debra co-founded The Businesswomen’s Network Forum, based out of Buckingham Palace and chaired by The Countess of Wessex.
